Last month, Brand Keys announced that the Hyundai brand was ranked No. 1 in the automotive category in the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Index. The Customer Loyalty Index measures customers’ relationships with 635 brands in 72 different categories, including automobiles. Keep reading here to find out more!
The 2016 Brand Keys survey measured both rational and emotional aspects and responses to the brands that respondents patron. Brand Keys then measured and analyzed brand loyalty and customer engagement, which was then used to gauge how well each brand meets consumer expectations. Robert Passikoff, found and president, Brand Keys, had this to say about the Hyundai brand:
Psychologists say that seven years is a mark that friendship will last a lifetime. It’s also the seventh year in a row that Hyundai has been named #1 in our customer loyalty and engagement index.
