If you came into Kearny Mesa Hyundai right now, you would see the excitement we all have for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, along with the rest of the world. This is the fourth consecutive year with Hyundai as the official vehicle sponsor of the World Cup. In the spirit of the event, two new Hyundai ads featuring the 2015 Hyundai Sonata are set to air during the games.

The first ad, named “Boom,” is a 30 second ad to celebrate the fans’ passion of the game in a comedic manner. Though it is just for entertainment, with the passion created by the game we may be expecting another baby boom in nine months.  The second ad, named “Avoidance,” is another 30 second ad. This one follows a man on his journey home to watch a game he has recorded but has to go to great lengths to avoid spoilers throughout the day. In the end, he has the spoiler revealed to him by an unlikely source. Both of these commercials are entertaining and celebrate the spirit of the games. They also feature the hashtag Hyundai set for the game, #BecauseFutbol. We think they are not only entertaining but also very fitting for the occasion.
